I am forever grateful to her and so here is the story including the photos the scammer sent to both of us. This afternoon, I almost paid this same seller over $3000, and thanks to this tpf member posting her experience in the 'post fake chanel's here' thread ( ) she saved me. Here is a link to my tpf thread when the receipt first raised a red flag to me: The scam seller included a photos of a receipt, authenticity card etc which all seemed legit and look exactly like an original Chanel boutique receipt but it didn't match up with the bag received. This tpf member (MrsRascal) went through with the purchase and a fake bag arrived. If you EVER buy from eBay, Gumtree etc etc PLEASE read on!!! SCAM SELLER ALERT!Īnother tpf member here paid over $2500 for a bag listed for sale on the Australia website Gumtree.
